Local Records Checks
The Wentzville Police Department’s Records department conducts “Local” records checks free of charge to the citizens of Wentzville.
The Records office is open, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Please allow three business days for the check to be processed and completed.
The business asking for your records check, should provide a form for you to complete. You can either fax the form with a copy of your valid driver’s license to (636) 327-5896, email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to the Wentzville Police Department, at 1019 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
You cannot obtain a record check on anyone other than yourself, unless you have a notarized release from that person stating their name, address, social security number, date of birth and reason for request.
