Daddys Little Sweetheart NEWS 2020-01 (1) 
Join us at our annual Daddy's Little Sweetheart Dinner and Dance! This special event takes place Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, 2020. Both nights are three hours long starting at 6 p.m. and include dinner, dancing, games, a craft and more. Click here to register and save your spot! Each couple is $52 for residents of Wentzville or $65 for nonresidents of Wentzville ($25 for each additional guest, child or adult). Dates for the girls may be a dad, grandpa, uncle, adult older brother or a special friend of the family.

NEWS Highlight Reel Men's Snowball Tourney
Men, can't wait for spring to get here? Then our Snowball Tournament is for you! This tournament is rain or shine and takes place on Feb. 22 starting at 9 a.m. Teams will be divided into pools for round-robin tournament play. Winners of each pool will play a single-elimination tournament to determine the winner. Fees include a minimum of three games, a new softball for each game, a single umpire for each game and T-shirts for the winning team. All bats must be USSSA approved. Click here to register!



NEWS Highlight Reel Potter Trivia
Join us for a Harry Potter-themed Adul Trivia Night on Feb. 28! This event will attract muggles, wizards and witches for several rounds of questions which will test your knowledge on your favorite magical film. First and second place will bring home a cash prize. Beer and soft drinks are included with your registration while supplies last. Bring your own snacks and food. *No glass is allowed in the facility. Register a table for up to eight players by clicking here! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the first round will start at 7 p.m.

Start the season off with our annual Bunny Run on April 4! Whether you want to take on the 5K, challenge yourself with a newly added 10K, or walk/run with friends and family on the One-Mile Fun Run, it's time to put on your speed-enhancing shoes and tie up your laces as you race around Heartland Park! 2020 Eggstravaganza website-01
Hippity Hop, Easter's on its way! The Easter Bunny has been filling thousands of eggs with candy and prizes for the annual Easter EGGstravaganza. Purchase your tickets for this EGGcellent event on April 4 by clicking here! Tickets are $5 in advance and $6 the day of the event. You must have your ticket on the day of the event to hunt. Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.


Bone Hunt Website-01Your dog will bark for bones when all kinds of dog treats, bones and toys are hidden for your furry friends on April 4. Your dog will be allowed to try to find as many goodies as possible while remaining on-leash. Don't forget a basket for treats! Register by calling (636) 332-9236 or by visiting Progress Park Recreation Center at 968 Meyer Road. Pre-registration is $8 for residents and $10 for nonresidents of Wentzville. Day of registration is $15.

NEWS Highlight Reel Spring Yard Sale
Get in spring cleaning mode and clear your home of unwanted items by selling them during Wentzville's annual Spring Citywide Yard Sale on April 24-25. You can list your sale for $7 by calling (636) 332-9236 or visiting Progress Park Recreation Center! The deadline to list your sale is Monday, April 22. Shoppers can purchase a booklet for $2 at by calling (636) 332-9236 or visiting Progress Park Recreation Center or City Hall.  Each booklet comes with a map to help you locate the bargains!



 NEWS Highlight Reel Bass Fishing Derby

Rig your rods and register for this exciting fishing competition on April 25 from 7-11 a.m. Anglers will fish at Rotary Park Lake and compete to catch the heaviest bass. The top two winners will receive a cash award! Registration will start at 6:30 a.m. the day of or you can pre-register by clicking here. Participants have a two-rod limit at $5 per rod for residents of Wentzville or $6 for non-residents. Live bait is not permitted.
