Records Division
The Wentzville Police Department Records Division is responsible for processing police reports and other written documentation.
Requests for written Wentzville Police Reports can only be requested by the parties involved, their attorneys or insurance companies. A charge of $5.00 will be assessed per report- payable in a cashiers check, money order or cash.
A request should be made approximately 5-10 days after the incident, either in person at the Wentzville Police Department, or in writing. Written Requests should be mailed to:

When making written requests please be sure to include Report Number, Your Name, Address, Phone Number, where the incident occurred (if possible), type of report and Date of Occurrence.
