Organizational Structure
This report should provide such information to the reader as to the nature of activities to which the Wentzville Police responds, and should create a relationship of this activity to prior year's activity. This Annual Wentzville Police Report should also provide an understanding of the organization, its purpose, its goals, and the mission of the agency. In servicing this community, the Wentzville Police have a purpose to be responsive and to maintain a high standard of performance by each member of this department. Organizational Composite: The police department is comprised of three Divisions, the Bureau of Field Operations, the Bureau of Support Services, and Bureau of Administration. The function of each Division collectively provides a comprehensive and organized approach to achieving the Mission of the Department and serves to support our Values Statement as we serve our community and its guests. Two Lieutenants, reporting directly to the Office of Chief, respectfully command the Division of Field Operations, and the Division of Support Services. The Bureau of Administration is directed by the Chief of Police and is inclusive of all Divisions.
