The Mayor and Board of Alderman and the Parks and Recreation staff are working diligently to fulfill the goals and plans outlined in the parks master plan. Since the completion of this plan, Peruque Valley Park and a tract of land located behind Dierbergs have been purchased and are currently being studied to determine the best uses of the land to meet the overall recommendations outlined in the Master Plan.
