Permit Fee & Deposit Calculation Spreadsheet
- Residential Development: $150 + $10 per lot
- All Other Developments: $150 + $10 per acre
Grading Permit fee:
- Residential: $150 + $10 per lot
- All Other: $150 + $10 per acre
Construction Permit (Site Improvements):
- 2% of the estimated cost of all improvements as determined by an engineer's estimate and approved by the City.
