Dust off your speed-enhancing bunny ears and lace up your running shoes! It is time for the annual Bunny Run 5K and Fun Run. This family event is a great way to start off a day of eggciting Easter fun! Registration starts at 6:30 a.m.; race starts at 7:15 a.m.
Hippity hop, Easter is on its way! Kids, ages 1-10, are invited to come out for the annual Easter EGGstravaganza at Rotary Park! Thousands of eggs filled with candy and prizes will need to be found, so don't forget to bring your basket to collect your goodies. (Some eggs will contain a slip of paper indicating prize.) Gates open at 8:30 a.m. Please arrive early to allow time for parking.
Bring your four-legged pal to the park to hunt for bones. Don't be late! The Bone Hunt will begin at 11:30 a.m. It won't take long for the dogs find the yummy treats! *Proof of vacctinations are required.
On Saturday, April 7 join other volunteers to help restore Peruque and Dry Branch Creeks. These bodies of water are important to the health of our community and support a variety of wildlife, recreation and land uses. Register by calling (636) 332-9236. After the clean up, volunteers are invited back to Rotary Park for a light lunch.
Get outside, enjoy live music, activites for kids and visit with green vendors. The GM Earth Day festival runs in tandem with Mission: Clean Stream on Saturday, April 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Don't forget to stop by Parks and Recreation's Arbor Days booth for free tree seedlings for resident card holders. All ages are welcome, so tell your friends!
Join us at Wentzville Days, May 18-20, 2018! Once again we will bring food, music and fun to Historic Downtown Wentzville. For those who are interested being a vendor at this well-attended event, fill out the vendor application and submit it today!
